So they told me as I couldn't name the person, they were not going to refund me. However, as she never gave me her name, I wasn't able to tell them. On returning home, I noticed that I had been charged for the unused part of the coach journey, and when I queried this, I was asked the name of the person who promised the refund. So we had to order a taxi through the hotel. The receptionist in the hotel, tried for 24 minutes to get through to them, to no avail. We then booked a taxi transfer with them, which never showed up. The lady I spoke to, (in an expensive call to the UK) stated that I would be refunded for the unused part of the coach transfer. ![]() We phoned and complained, and stated that we wanted to upgrade to a taxi for our return journey. Instead of dropping us at the door to reception, as all the other coaches, minibuses and taxis did, we were dropped off on the road, and left to struggle down a steep slope to the reception door, with all our luggage. The engine laboured going up even moderate hills and struggled going up steeper ones. First of all, we sat on the coach for 26 minutes, waiting for other passengers, then we were subjected to a journey lasting over 2 hours, in a coach with no air conditioning.
